BroadcastReels (broadcastreels.com) is operated by We Build Awesome Digital Media, Inc ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Your video clips stay on your device

Reels are built and rendered inside your own browser. The clips, photos and logos you add are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.

What we collect

• Account info: email address, and if you add them, your name, phone number, main sport and role (parent, athlete or coach).
• Reel records: basic details about reels you make, such as athlete name, school, sport and number of clips — not the video itself.
• Purchase info: your plan, credits and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Sign-in info: if you use Google or Apple, we receive your email and basic profile from them.
• Technical info: standard data such as browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the service working and improve it.

How we use it

• To run your account, process purchases and give you access to saved reels.
• To send account and purchase emails, and product updates you can unsubscribe from.
• To send text messages only if you opt in. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Spotlight submissions

Reels and clips are made on your device and are not uploaded. The only exception is Spotlight: if you check the consent box and tap "Submit to Spotlight," that one finished reel, the name and details on it, and any Instagram handle you enter are sent to us so we can review it and may post it on BroadcastReels social accounts. You can withdraw a submission anytime from My Account, which deletes the file. Submissions we don't select are deleted, and unreviewed ones are deleted after 60 days.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run BroadcastReels — hosting and database, payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google, Apple), and email or text delivery — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also share information if required by law or as part of a business sale or merger.

Children

BroadcastReels is made for youth and high school athletes and their families. Children under 13 should not create an account; a parent or guardian should create and manage the account. If you believe a child under 13 gave us personal information, email support@broadcastreels.com and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Update your profile anytime on your My Account page.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@broadcastreels.com.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online service can be perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know by email or on the site.
