Try before you buy

You can build, render and watch your full reel for free before paying anything, so you know exactly what you're getting.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If something went wrong — a reel wouldn't save, you were charged twice, or you bought the wrong plan — email support@broadcastreels.com with the email on your account and your order details, and we'll make it right where we reasonably can.

Cancelling

• Unlimited Monthly: cancel anytime from My Account → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Season Pass: a one-time purchase for 6 months; it doesn't renew.
• Single Reel: a one-time purchase for one saved reel.
