Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and We Build Awesome Digital Media, Inc ("we," "us") for using BroadcastReels at broadcastreels.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you. Parents and guardians are responsible for accounts they create for their kids.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and your information accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You own the clips, photos, logos and reels you make. Because reels are made on your device, we don't store your video. You confirm you have the right to use everything you put in a reel — including footage of others, school or team logos, and any music — and that your reel doesn't violate anyone's rights or any law.

Plans and payments

• Building, previewing and rendering a reel is free. Saving or sharing the finished reel requires a purchase.
• Single Reel — $9.99: one saved reel.
• Unlimited Monthly — $19/month: unlimited saved reels. Renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Season Pass — $59: unlimited saved reels for 6 months. Does not auto-renew.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may include or add applicable sales tax. We may change prices for future purchases with notice.
• You can cancel a monthly plan anytime from My Account; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use BroadcastReels to make content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexual involving minors, or infringes others' rights, and don't try to break, copy or resell the service. We can suspend or close accounts that do.

No guarantees on results

A reel is a tool to showcase an athlete. We don't guarantee recruiting interest, scholarships, roster spots or any other outcome.

Our service

BroadcastReels, its design, templates and brand belong to us. We may update, change or discontinue features. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to cover claims brought against us arising from content you make or your violation of these Terms.

Spotlight

Spotlight is optional. By submitting a reel you confirm you are the athlete, or the parent or guardian of an athlete under 18, and that you have the right to share the footage. You give BroadcastReels a free, non-exclusive license to post that reel, the athlete's name and the details shown on it on our social accounts and website. We choose which reels to feature. You can withdraw a submission from My Account at any time; we will stop new uses, but posts already made may take time to remove.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use BroadcastReels after changes means you accept them.
